Its production line consists of a scrap packaging and preparation
system, fitted with oscillating conveyors, conveyor belts, shredder,
selective sieve and head pulleys with electromagnets for separating
ferrous materials, contaminants from alloys. |
The company’s fusor line relies on the power of two glass furnaces,
one being a rotary furnace with a 10-ton capacity and one stationary
furnace, with Vortex system, with a 15-ton capacity, two maintenance
furnaces one being with 15-ton capacity and another with 12 tons.
Total production capacity is around 3,000 tons per month, through
a conventional ingoting system, a greater capacity ingot mold, 3 granulators
and two drop ingot molds. |
