At ALUTECH, we have seen the need for setting up an Internal Accident Prevention Commission - CIPA, already in the beginning of our founding. CIPA has the sublime mission of guiding, organizing, preventing and reducing the number of job accidents, ensuring employees’ integrity and quality of life, keeping high company production levels.


During ALUTECH’S trajectory, in the endless search for perfection, the need for forming a technical team to guide, coordinate and train the entire manpower in the job safety and occupational health area came up. In this way, the Specialized Service in Occupational Engineering and Medicine (SESMT) was created, working in preventive manner in workforce integrity.
